Built by a pizza maker, for pizza makers

Hello, I'm Frederick Sarran. I founded Dough Nation Pizzas in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland, and yes, I run it and cook the pizzas too. Flour on the apron is a monthly hazard.

Behind every pizza is a bigger reason. The money Dough Nation Pizzas raises is donated to the Camphill Community Mourne Grange, which means every pound we don't spend on fees and commission is a pound that can go where it matters.

That's why PIZZAPP exists. We open once a month, so every event has to run like clockwork. Customers order ahead and pick a collection time, each slot has a limit so the kitchen never gets swamped, and the dough is counted as it's used. Ordering systems that charged monthly fees or took a cut of every order weren't for us, so in October 2026 I built my own: a customer web site and mobile web app, an in-shop kiosk, kitchen printing, and a back office to run it all.

It now runs Dough Nation Pizzas every month, and it will be available to other pizza businesses in the near future. Hungry to find out more?
